Lemon cupcake with Grapes Jelly

If life gives you lemon make lemon cupcakes. Yes, lemon cupcakes are my favorite and love making it.
This time I have experimented it with grapes.
Lemon cupcakes infused and topped with grapes jelly. These cupcakes have a bright, exuberant flavor aided by a good dose of lemon and a smattering of grapes.

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cup cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
Grapes Compote Filling:
2 cups black Grapes
1/3 cup granulated sugar
For frosting:
1/2 cup grapes jelly/ grapes jam
1. Combine all ingredients for the cupcakes in a large bowl and beat with the mixer until smooth.
2. Spoon the batter into the cups & Bake for 20 minutes.
3. Remove pans from the oven and let it cool completely.
For the filling:
Cook 1/3 cup water, 1 cup of the grapes and granulated sugar over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Once the grapes begin to burst, add the remaining 1 cup grapes and cook on medium heat, 8 to 10 minutes. The filling is done when it coats the back of a metal spoon.
Core the cupcakes using an apple corer. Fill each cupcake core with the grapes compote filling and top with grapes jelly or jam
